Mediation
A huge proponent of alternative dispute resolution, Tony has used mediation since its inception in California. As a party representative, Tony has attended hundreds of mediations in all types of litigation cases -- employment, real estate, business, neighbor-to-neighbor, public service, and more. Tony received mediation training at the Conflict Management Institute, receiving his mediation certificate in 2002.
Tony has served as a mediator for the Ventura County Superior Court.
Arbitration
Tony is honored to be on the American Arbitration Association's panel of employment arbitrators. He arbitrates the gamut of employment litigation disputes, such as:
