- Defending local employer against an employee who claims he was wrongfully terminated
- Representing numerous employees of Ventura County who seek a service-connected disability retirement
- Representing plaintiff in an individual wage claim in front of the California Labor Commissioner for unpaid overtime and missed meal periods
