Experience
Bruce has over 15 years of experience in labor and employment law, including a wide range of transactional matters, personnel management issues, management training and litigation.
His transactional and personnel management practice entails advising clients on human resources matters, wage and hour and other legal compliance issues, preparing employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, separation agreements, personnel policies and employee manuals.
In his litigation practice, Bruce has handled an extensive variety of complex matters, including claims involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, defamation and other types of claims.
Bruce's practice also includes business and real estate litigation matters.
Bruce began practicing law in 1989 and was with two well-known employment and labor law firm in

Bruce sits on the board of, and provides legal counsel to, Jodi House, a community-based, post-rehabilitation day program that provides opportunities for social interaction, life skill training, recreation, and support for adults living with acquired brain injury (i.e. from head trauma, tumor, and stroke) and their families.

Interests
Being a native Californian, Bruce is partial to sailing and hiking when outside the office. Bruce is an avid world traveler and photographer.
